  Horrible agents. They let the owner come one the property while we were on holiday. Very surprised to see him snooping around there when we got back. Just told us he was there to fix something and left. Then when we left the agent tried to get us to pay to paint the house because of the mould which had been freshly painted over when we arrived there. After 6 months it was coming through the paint in small amounts, then after 18 months it was in every room. never told us about the mould when we signed the lease. We have 3 children and this mouldy dive was not a healthy environment for our kids.

  When it came to listing my house for sale I did not struggle to choose and have found the experience great. I listed with Denise and she has been great. However I know several of the other agents and I know they too would do great job. In fact Toby has also been actively selling my house for me and the team vibe there is a good one.

  My property manager, Melody Ryan, has been an absolute god send and so helpful and fantastic! Has the answers when you need them, calls back super fast if she misses your call, always wanting to help and is just an over all beautiful person which makes the first experience of having your own lease so much easier and nicer! I’m not leaving McGrath or Melody ever! Unless I have to move out of town, but while I’m in Toowoomba I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

  Right from day one of looking for my first ever rental the team at McGrath Toowoomba have been nothing short of absolutely phenomenal. One of the property managers took myself and my friend through a couple of places that we’d applied for but the owners turned us down, they kept mentioning a particular townhouse and we were hoping for something closer to town but in the end we thought stuff it let’s have a look! Tracey was kind enough to take us through at such short notice, during her lunch break! This was at 2pm, 2:30 we finish chatting, say we’d love to apply for it, we leave with Tracey telling us we’ll hopefully hear from her by 5 that day or early the next morning...cut scene to 3:15 and I get a phone call saying we got the place! The service and assistance from the beginning is brag worthy
