  This dental practice boasts both warmth and high end professionalism. I saw Dr Michael Baker for a check up and I couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional experience I had. Together, Dr Michael and his wonderful dental assistant, Catherine were amazing at ensuring both comfort and proficiency during my appointment. I have found my forever dentist!

  A few months ago my tooth was infected again! I was horrified as we still had 2 months of waiting period to go! I called the dentist again to ask for an appointment in the hope they would give me a clean and possibly anti biotics for the infection.

  I know it seems like a small thing to be complaining about however when I was in so much pain and getting a bit emotional she made me feel embarrassed and an inconvenience. So disappointing.

  Unfortunately when I called the practice the receptionist took a look at my notes and very bluntly told me there is nothing they can do because I hadn't acted on their referral. She gave me no opportunity to explain and was quite rude. I begged to have an appointment as I was in so much pain and that's when she finally asked the dentist and came back with an appointment time. The dentist was amazing as always and so lovely and understanding.

  Last year I had an infected wisdom tooth and had an emergency appointment here and everyone was amazing! So helpful and friendly! They advised on surgical treatment and refereed me to a specialist. As it was a costly treatment I opted to get dental insurance and wait out the waiting period to make it more affordable.

  Not only the best dentistry experience but one of the best customer service experience we have had full stop. Could not fault this place or recommend highly enough. My wife raved about how patient, kind and gentle the dentists were and then my daughter had an accident and bumped her front teeth at Kindy. The way the dentist and staff talked to her has given her positive reinforcement about dentists for a lifetime to come. Also helped calm two very distraught parents. We will be clients for life.   As a relatively new patient have been 3 times now, I have found dentist Michael and the staff to be very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. My new fillings feel great, probably the best I have had done for some time.
